(April 14th - April 20th) Listen to this weeks "Come Follow Me" for teens episode for insights and principles about one of the greatest days in both the earth’s and mankind’s history…Easter Sunday. In this episode we’ll look at what exactly this day means to us. Most importantly how to face the dark Friday’s of our own lives and have faith and trust that through the Savior’s power and atonement we to can rise above them. This is the significance of the empty tomb. Christ is no longer experiencing the pain, heartache, sorrow and brokenness of mortality…simply put, “He is not here, for He is RISEN!” This statement also becomes an invitation to each of us to rise with Him above and out of whatever dark places we find ourselves in. Because the Savior has risen from the tomb completing His atonement, he now stands ready, willing and able to help us RISE with Him as well!
