Ep. 80 I Have Learned for Myself
You can give a boy a fish and feed him for a day, or you can teach a boy to fish and feed him for a lifetime."

In this episode, I want to share a few thoughts about the value of helping others to learn for themselves. Learning for one's self is the antithesis to unhealthy enablement and codependency. It's helping others do for themselves what they can, instead of you doing for them so they can't. Learning something for our self is one of the most rewarding experiences we can have. It builds self worth and the self confidence that we can do anything!
