In this episode, we'll take a look at one of the most helpful truth's I've found in dealing with life and whatever comes our way…and that is That it's Ok to not be Ok. The more we learn to accept our challenges, our situations, our struggles, our adversity…the more free we will be to deal with them, to allow others to help us. And in that acceptance we'll come to find that we were never alone in the struggle and that we don't have to struggle alone, because everyone has something that is not ok in their life.
