Ep. 45 Giving a Purpose to Pain

Living a legacy of faith means desiring to give others our best but recognizing the best we can give doesn't come from us. We make our greatest impact on others by living a life that points to God...especially in our most difficult and painful moments.

Josh Downs

In this episode I'll share a few thoughts and principles about how to turn our painful experiences into the blessings they can be in our lives and to others. How to give purpose to our pain. I'll share the true story of Bart Millard lead singer of the band Mercy Me and the author to the most popular Christian Music Song of all time, "I can only imagine." The power isn't in the song as much as it is in the story behind how the song was written. How Bart took all the pain of his life's experience and with God's help healed himself and has helped thousands of others to find healing themselves. As difficult as painful experiences in life can be, with God's help, we can give them purpose.
